Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience while contributing to the store’s sales and operational success. This position requires strong customer service skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with product selection, fit, and styling advice.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately, including cash and card payments.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting products and services.
• Support daily operations, including inventory management, restocking, and opening/closing procedures.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, store promotions, and trends in men’s fashion.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred, particularly in fashion or apparel.
• Proficient in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Strong communication and phone etiquette for interacting with customers and vendors.
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
• A keen interest in men’s fashion and style with attention to detail in visual merchandising.
