Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while managing daily store activities, including sales, inventory, and staff performance. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to drive sales growth while maintaining operational efficiency.
Duties
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and POS transactions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase store revenue.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a positive work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
